Park Meadows is a collection of 34 homes fairly closely spaced, all with at least one, and often two, shared walls with adjacent units. While there are benefits to this arrangement, cooperation among and respect for neighbors is a requirement. The PMA (Park Meadows Association) has been created to foster this cooperation and respect.

There are two fundamental documents that every member of the Association should at least have passing knowledge of. First is the Handbook and second is the Policies and Procedures document. They contains the rules, restrictions and requirements that are an explicit part of unit ownership.
