Maintaining the exterior siding, including the trim, is the responsibility of the Association. The siding is inspected regularly and painted on a regular basis, normally every 10 to 15 years. The cost of doing so is included in our assessments and all the contiguous units are stained at the same time and in the same colors.
The cost is calculated as follows:
- Sq ft of siding x $1.93 (subject to change) = cost per sq ft
- Cost (above #1) divided by 10 to 15 years = cost per year
- Cost per year (above #2) divided by 12 months = cost per month for our assessment
The base and trim colors are under the control of the Association and here is the color listing. Residents can change these colors, providing that everyone in that building agrees and that it is consistent with the “look” of Park Meadows.
The following files are the color codes for the PAINT that we are moving to in 2023-2024. All of these are Sherwin-Williams paints, and should be in their database, generally under P Meadows or Park Meadows. Note that green pinion was mistakenly named green onion.
The next two files are the color codes for the old STAINS. Starting in late 2023 we have gone to paint, so these files are for historical uses only. All of them can be downloaded/enlarged/printed.
