Trustees. The PMA trustees generally have one meeting each month, with the date, time and location determined at the previous trustee meeting. An agenda is created for each meeting and minutes are taken. These meetings are not open but the minutes are available afterwards.

Members. The PMA annual members meeting generally takes place in January, with notice given to all members (owners) at least 15 days in advance. The last meeting was on January 29, 2023 and the packet for it can be found here.

Additional Meetings. In 2023 there were two additional meetings held at the Yellow Springs Senior Center, on August 13 and November 5. More information about them can be found on the Criterium page.
