The Treasurer’s report for 2022.

Below are the financial reports for year-end 2022. First is the balance sheet, followed by the income statement. They are “comparison” printouts, so include the previous year’s results. The net of it is that we started 2022 with $357k in assets, lost about $30k during 2022, and thus ended up with about $327k in assets. The $30k in loss during 2022 consisted of $9k in investment losses (it was a tough year in the markets) and $21k in operational losses. A large part of the $21k was the siding repair that was largely a result of less-than-robust additions to a unit made a number of years ago.
