AC Service is responsible for the maintenance of most of the internal systems in our units, including items like the furnace, a/c, water heater, water filter, air filter, humidifier, dryer vents and salt. Below is the tentative schedule for 2024.
Below is the tentative schedule for what remains of 2023.
Roofing Repair/Replacement: All of Park Meadows was re-roofed in the 2007-2008 time frame. Since then we have had to reroof 3 of the 15 units in the development. Unless there’s problems we are not planning on re-roofing any additional units until the 2030 time frame. We have recently been using Double-T roofing.
Siding Repair/Replacement: We are scheduled to re-stain all the units in the 2023-2024 time frame. However, we will be examining all the units to see what sort of repairs might be needed before we stain. If you truly don’t like your colors this would be the time to consider changing them. However, all the owners of the units in your block must agree to the colors.
Smoke Detector Replacement: Most of the smoke detectors are wired into the 120vac system. Every unit should have at least one such unit. We replace them on a 10-year basis. Some units have more than one, and some units have battery-powered units. We’ll be working on getting an accurate count, as a number of detectors need replacing in 2023.
Water Heater: Replaced/repaired as needed. Inspected as part of AC’s normal maintenance.
Furnace: Replaced/repaired as needed. Inspected as part of AC’s normal maintenance.
Water Softener: Replaced/repaired as needed. Inspected as part of AC’s normal maintenance.
